The Prelay and Zoom integration streamlines your workflow by allowing you to effortlessly create or update Zoom Meetings directly from your Google or Outlook calendar events. Whether you’re scheduling a new meeting or making changes to an existing one, Zoom details such as meeting links and times are automatically synchronized, ensuring everything stays organized and up-to-date.

Once an admin enables the Prelay Zoom Integration, any "Create a New Meeting" action within Plays and Assists will feature a "Video Conference" option with Zoom. Simply select Zoom and click "Create" to automatically generate a Zoom meeting and link it to your calendar event.

If you need to adjust the time or details of a meeting you've created, the changes will automatically sync with the linked Zoom meeting, keeping everything aligned without the need for manual updates.
