A Zoom admin is necessary to complete the following steps.

1. In Prelay, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zoom in and click on the “Connect” button.

2. Allow Prelay access to your Zoom account when prompted. Please make sure the user is shown as a Prelay user and not your personal user account. Then you can click Accept at the bottom.

3. You will now be redirected back to Prelay. Zoom will show Connected.

4. Consider marking Zoom as your default Video Conferencing application if you want it to be selected by default.
