We know Resource Management is a critical part of any deal process. To further optimize these high-stakes motions, we’re excited to level up Assists with another purpose-built workflow.

βœ… Approvals made easy

Our new Approvals feature provides a streamlined way for internal teams to submit, triage, and resolve requests. This includes:

  • Better visibility, communication, and history for each Approval

  • Flexible automation and routing on the back end

  • Faster cycles and fewer headaches for Deal Desk, Legal, Leadership, and beyond

How it works

Once selected, users are notified via Slack or Microsoft Teams, where they can comment or take action directly to approve, reject, or reassign the request, or add additional approvers.

Admins can activate Approvals using the new toggle switch when creating an Assist Type, then specify approvers for each request.

πŸ‘‹ Introducing Assists 2.0

We've also updated our Assists UI to a cleaner look that better organizes the content and information related to a request.

The updated side panel shows Approvals, Related Assists, Files (e.g., JIRA, DocuSign), and our latest integration: πŸ“† Meetings, which syncs to Google and Outlook Calendars to track events.

πŸ“Š Fresh data to your CRM

For all Assists and Approvals workflows, Prelay also offers new Self-Serve Field Mapping that allows Admins to automate the transfer of data from Assists back to Salesforce for visibility and reporting. To learn more, check out our Help Center article.

If you’d like to hear more about these features, or learn how they could be added into your existing workflows, please reach out to customer success so we can share more!

Cheers,

Team Prelay πŸ†
